Is there a difference between Assessors?
Yes. Different assessors have different opinions on assessments. If you use an assessor who is not competent, they could give your property a rating that is lower that what it really is, which in turn could cost you a lot of money to try to bring the property up in its rating. Also, an assessor who is not competent could seriously devalue your property by the rating they bring in.
